StoJ has been released under an open-source license.

StoJ is a polyadic, asynchronous stochastic pi calculus with input join and no summation. It is intended for experimentation with different styles of modelling molecular processes, developed at LShift by Tony Garnock-Jones. Please see our blog for further StoJ-related announcements.
