We've been investigating different languages for modelling bio-molecular processes, and ways of visualising those models. Our investigation resulted in a new concurrent programming language, StoJ.

StoJ is a polyadic, asynchronous stochastic pi calculus with input join and no summation. It is intended for experimentation with different styles of modelling molecular processes.
