LShift have been working closely with a publishing company who are keen to incorporate an agile project management approach into their general working practises.

They have now moved from a predominantly waterfall process to using DSDM Atern on new projects and managing their programmes using PRINCE2-style controls.

In conjunction with one of our partners Keith Richards Consulting we delivered services such as training, planning, workshop facilitation and coaching.
