The Brief
Content management
- LShift helped LSE plan and acquire an Enterprise Content Management System to run its website. We handled the research, evaluation and procurement of thepreferred solution
eCRM
- LShift investigated eCRM and email management systems to identify a solution that could handle the appropriate mix of centrally managed communications and yet give the local offices control over their own mailing activity
Product Information Management
- As LSE develops a broader mix of sales channels, it has become clear that they need to introduce greater efficiencies in the management marketing information about its products
- LShift was commissioned to write an analysis paper examining the options for improving the management of LSE product information
- In the course of this research we interviewed key stakeholders across the marketing organisation to reveal how and when marketing information is created. The report details how information is originated at the various stages of the 'goto-market' process, where duplication exists and how processes could be improved
- In conclusion we produced a technical analysis of the options available in producing an automated system to help centralise the management of product information
Ecommerce
- LShift provided project planning consultancy during the first three phases of the new eCommerce project: building the business case, technical and logistics vendor selection and creating an operational plan
