Company expansion means that LShift are currently looking to recruit senior developers. Essentially, we are looking for people with a proven track record of leading difficult projects in a commercial environment. We expect you to combine breadth of experience (multiple OS, DBA, languages, etc.) with considerable depth of knowledge across that range.
Follow the link below to see our formal recruitment criteria, and, if you think you are up to the job, please contact us sending a CV and samples of your code.
The next Schematics (Scheme User Group) meeting at LShift offices will be on Wednesday April 7th at 7pm.
Dan Barlow will be talking on ‘Threading implementations in Common Lisp’, probably with a certain amount of focus on what to do with special bindings, and doubtless there will also be discussions about issues such as concurrency, process calculi, behavioural types etc. Everyone is welcome, but do let us know you are coming.
